In this day and age, hiring practices frequently get a bad rap for having a depersonalized approach - we aim to change this. Every candidate we introduce to a client has already spoken to a team member so that we are highly aligned regarding their experience and career aspirations. We also take a diagnostic approach with clients at the outset so we can uncover challenges and roadblocks to make all hiring efforts as efficient as possible.
